Configurations - Thanks Bot

Thanks bot allows admins to configure various aspects of the chatbot and its functionality

Leaderboard Post
  • Mention the name of the leaderboard -

    You can choose any name for your Thanks leaderboard. Please ensure that you put it in a hashtag(without spaces). For example - #ThanksLeaderboard

  • Mention the name of the Workplace group where you want to post the Leaderboard

    The bot would post the leaderboard in the mentioned Workplace group on first day of every month. Also, please ensure that you are the admin of the Workplace group you mention (else it would not appear as an option).

User Reminder
  • Send monthly reminders to users who have not used Thanks bot in a month
Allow thanks from chat
  • Post on workplace Group -

    You can choose a Workplace group wherein the posts would come up. Make sure you add all your target users in the group. Also, mention the name of the Workplace group in Thanks Post Group (please ensure that you are the admin of the group)

    You can also attach a image along with your appreciation

    User timeline -

    The post would appear on the timeline of the thanks recipient. E-cards and bot stats comment would not be visible in this case

  • Allow user to add custom image with thanks message

    Check this to allow users to add a personalised image with the thanks message.

  • Allow Multiple Attributes

    Check this to allow users to choose more than one attribute while thanking. However, e-cards would not be available if more than one attribute is selected.

Manage milestone ping
  • Ping special message to users on achieving milestone

  • Attributes are the identifying values for your company i.e, principles and ethics which guide your organization.
    You can add a set of attributes for your company and users can choose them while appreciating in order to highlight a particular attribute demonstrated by their intended receiver.

    Click on ADD ATTRIBUTE button and then add the name of the attribute.

  • You can add your own ecards for the attributes.
    Click on Add new images button for whichever attribute you need to add the ecard, you will then get an option to upload the image.

    Please ensure that the image size is less than 1 mb. Also, for better user experience we advise you to add image with dimensions as - 640 * 318.
